 2. Purchase, Activation & Redemption

• Gift cards may be purchased exclusively through the Website.
• Each card is delivered in an active and ready-to-use state unless otherwise specified.
• Depending on the specific product type, GiftOrHa cards may be redeemed directly on the Website or converted to brand-specific cards (if applicable).
• Cards cannot be used outside the Website unless stated otherwise in the card description.

3. Validity & Non-Accrual

• Each gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or last reload (if applicable).

• Cards do not bear interest and are non-reloadable unless explicitly specified.

• Expired cards cannot be reactivated or refunded unless required by law.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
